These terms apply to all purchases from the Doglivo online shop. You’ll find the company that runs the shop under contact information. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Orders and contract

The contract is binding once you have received an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the case of obvious pricing errors or if the item cannot be delivered.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery is shown at checkout before you pay. You can pay by card or with the other payment methods shown at checkout.

Delivery

We deliver throughout the UK with tracking. See the delivery policy for delivery times and prices.

Right to cancel and returns

You have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, plus our 60-day satisfaction guarantee. See returns and cancellation.

Faulty goods
